If you are a narrow/regular width, size down 1.5 sizes.

Size Conversion: 

Medium width to Wide Width: When measured at the ball-of-the-foot, the difference between shoe widths is about 1/4”. A wide width is 1/4” wider than a medium width -- If you are medium/regular width, size down 1.5 sizes to wear La Flor Wide Fit

Men to Women's: There is a 1.5 size difference in women's & men's shoes. Size up 1.5-2 sizes, example: Men's size 9 would be a size 10.5-11 in women's.
